Conversion of production lines

Conversions and expansions of single machines or complete production lines are always a special challenge because many times the documentation is not complete and therefor an extreme high commitment is needed.

Here you can see an example of the expansion of a consisting transfer-line. Due to a new type of work piece a new unit for additional machining was needed.

The company Stadler was responsible for the whole process, from the conception and construction up to production and assembly and even startup.
